About Cindy

Healing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
As a third-generation Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and a National Board-Certified Acupuncturist licensed in New York and New Jersey, I combine generations of family wisdom with modern, evidence-informed care to help patients restore their health naturally.
My journey into acupuncture became deeply personal after experiencing a severe panic attack in my early twenties. A single acupuncture treatment changed the course of my life and inspired me to leave a career in fashion design to pursue my true calling—helping others heal.
Today, I specialize in women's health, fertility support, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions. Every treatment begins with listening. My goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to identify the root cause of illness and create a personalized treatment plan that helps each patient achieve lasting wellness.

"I highly recommend going to see Cindy for facial acupuncture. The muscle above the right side of my eyebrow constantly looked engaged, which was creating a tense appearance. I had been searching for natural ways to help improve this issue and came across acupuncture. As I wasn't too familiar with the procedure, Cindy thoroughly explained what the treatment entailed and answered any questions or concerns I had.

There were a total of 6 sessions for 3 weeks which consisted of the needles being placed mainly on the face along with a few on the scalp, hands, and feet. After, she used what I believe was called a gua sha tool to massage my face. Finally, she would place a mask on my face to heal.
